How to use


The quality of the flakes is verified using NIR, a near-infrared sensor.

When recycled resin in forms of grinded flakes is put into Plastic Reader, material type is detected using a near-infrared sensor and

the purity of the recycled resin is measured in a short time. This allows the quality of resin to be reliably verified. 

It can also help you manage the entire process in your manufacturing plant.

*What is NIR spectrocopy?

NIR spectroscopy is a spectroscopic method that uses the near-infrared region of the electromagnetic spectrum (from 780 nm to 2500 nm). 

The NIR reflectance can be used to quickly determine the properties of a material by measuring the scattered light without damaging the flakes.
